- Luglio 1998: la ICE ottiene la prima certificazione di qualità secondo la Norma UNI EN ISO 9002:1994.
- Maggio 2003: la ICE implementa un Sistema di Gestione Qualità certificato secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
- Maggio 2009: la ICE aggiorna il proprio Sistema di Gestione Qualità certificandosi secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
- Aprile 2018: la ICE ottiene una nuova certificazione secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
Tali riconoscimenti, ottenuti attraverso l’impegno ed il contributo di tutto il personale, testimoniano come l’azienda abbia da sempre compreso l’importanza di lavorare “in qualità”, dotandosi di strumenti sempre più evoluti per l'attuazione efficace ed efficiente di tutti i processi che concorrono alla realizzazione del prodotto finito. Ciò permette di garantire i requisiti attesi dal Cliente finale, mirando ad anticiparne e superarne le aspettative, nonché di favorire l'attuazione di un processo di miglioramento continuo, ottimizzando l'utilizzo delle proprie risorse umane e tecnologiche.
- July 1998: ICE get first quality certification as per UNI EN ISO 9002:1994.
- May 2003: ICE has a new Quality System Management, certified as per UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
- May 2009: ICE updates its Quality System Management by obtaining the new certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
- April 2018: ICE obtains a new certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
These awards was achieved through the efforts and contribution of all people involved, they are the witness of understanding how means work in “Quality”, acquiring more sophisticated tools for the effective and efficient implementation of all process that run to release the finished products. This make possible to ensure the requirement expected by Customer, looking to anticipate and overcome what they expect. Promoting the implementation and continuos improvement process, using own human resource and technology.

Diese Auszeichnungen wurden dank der Bemühungen und Beiträge all unserer Mitarbeiter erreicht. Sie stehen als Zeugnis dafür, dass das Unternehmen von Anfang an die Bedeutung von Qualitätsarbeit erkannt und sich ständig mit den neuesten Geräten und Technologien ausgestattet hat, um alle Fertigungsschritte auf effektive und effiziente Weise ausführen zu können. Dieses Qualitätsdenken gewährleistet dass die Wünsche des Endkunden nicht nur garantiert erfüllt, sondern oft sogar übertroffen werden. Dadurch wird ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess gefördert und das Know-how des Personals und der technologischen Ressourcen optimiert.
